윈도우7 인터넷속도 엉망으로 나올때

1. windows/system32 폴더의 cmd 파일을 관리자권한으로 실행

2. 명령프롬프트에 아래의 값을 입력 후 엔터
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted
